Pyxis Nocturna ("we," "us," "our") is a sole proprietorship operating from Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit pyxisnocturna.com (the "Site") and when you use applications we publish (the "Apps"). It also explains the rights you have under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
information we collect
On the website. The Site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. When you send a message via our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message contents you provide. Submissions are delivered via Static Forms; by submitting, you accept Static Forms' handling of the message in transit.
In the Apps. Our games (Mosaic Sudoku, Cosmic Knots) are designed to store game progress and settings locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information within the Apps. If an App ever integrates optional crash reporting or analytics, it will do so only with clear notice and, where required, your consent.
Automatically collected. Our web host may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build profiles.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect, and we retain it only as long as necessary.
international transfers
Our service providers (e.g. web host, Static Forms) may process data outside Canada. By using the Site you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
